Job Description

Wingstop is a renowned fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in chicken wings and a variety of bold flavors. The company values its people above all, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages both personal growth and professional excellence. Known for its commitment to exceptional service and a vibrant team culture, Wingstop continuously nurtures its staff to build a rewarding career rather than just a job. Their workplace environment is designed to promote the well-being of each team member while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience every time they visit.

The role of General Manager at Wingstop is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, transportation, and financial benefits. The General Manager leads the restaurant team in delivering superior customer service and maintaining high operational standards. You will be entrusted with ensuring compliance with Department of Health (DoH) health and safety regulations, managing financial aspects such as revenue and expense reporting, and optimizing operational efficiency to meet profitability goals. Reporting directly to the District Manager and Director of Operations, this role requires a hands-on approach to managing shifts, evaluating staff performance, and fostering a positive team environment that motivates employees and drives guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess proven expertise in restaurant management and extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations. Your leadership skills will be essential in directing both Front of House and Back of House teams, resolving guest concerns promptly, and enforcing safety and quality standards. Financial acumen will be critical as you control operational costs, reduce waste, and forecast the necessary supplies to support consistent daily operations. Additionally, the General Manager will play a key role in marketing efforts, promoting the Wingstop brand locally and identifying innovative ways to expand the customer base, including social media advertising and community events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the restaurant's success and to develop your career within a dynamic and supportive company culture at Wingstop.
