Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of restaurant management experience
- Experience with budgeting and P&L management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
