TradeMark CarWash is currently looking for a General Manager to lead the operations of their busy car wash location. This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $45,000 to $50,000. The General Manager will oversee every aspect of the business, from managing daily operations to driving business growth and ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.

The General Manager role at TradeMark CarWash involves inspiring and developing a high-performing team that includes attendants, key holders, and assistant managers. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining talent while cultivating a positive and team-oriented culture that enhances employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Leadership excellence is critical, and the chosen candidate will maintain oversight of scheduling, labor costs, chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, and overall business performance.

As a General Manager, you will also ensure that company policies and safety regulations are strictly followed, providing a secure working environment for staff and customers alike. Administrative duties such as managing employee relations including disciplinary actions and terminations also fall under your purview.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment

Job Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced environments

  • Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions and flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require reaching, stooping, bending, squatting, and standing for prolonged periods

  • Handle administrative duties such as managing employee relations including disciplinary actions, terminations, and life cycle recruiting while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
