Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four years of leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment
Job Qualifications

- Four or more years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced environments

- Ensure safety and compliance by upholding company policies and legal requirements, and training staff on safety procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment
- Handle administrative duties such as managing employee relations including disciplinary actions, terminations, and life cycle recruiting while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
