We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurant locations. This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, including base pay plus on-target earnings (OTE), reflecting performance-based incentives. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), planned sales targets, and profit goals by implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and best practices.
As General Manager, you will directly supervise all employees, spearheading efforts in hiring, training, coaching, and motivating your team to meet and exceed operational goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks. You will manage inventory through effective purchasing, receiving, and safe storage of essential items to ensure smooth business operations. Your responsibility will also include administration activities aligned with maximizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a consistently safe work environment.
This leadership position demands a strong attention to detail and consistent demonstration of leadership skills. You will be accountable for the restaurant's Profit and Loss statement, necessitating sound financial management and decision-making abilities. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison between the corporate support team and your restaurant, providing timely updates on restaurant performance, key issues, and achievements.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- proficiency in inventory management systems

Job Duties
- Inventory management, purchasing and receiving

- follow all cash handling, house account, deposit, and credit card policies
- reconcile comps, voids, discounts, and cash shortages and take corrective action
- manage the activities of the restaurant teams including recruitment, hiring and retention practices, scheduling, and continuous training to increase staff productivity and customer service skills
- effectively provide performance feedback through coaching and timely reviews
- encourage friendly internal competition
- ensure team members are focused on guest satisfaction

- engage with guests to create a personable and seamless experience

- ensure floors are clean, dry, and free of debris throughout the shift and seating package is clean and in good condition
- perform any other duties as requested by the Corporate Support Team, Area Director, and other leadership team members
