Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage management
- demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing strategies, budgeting, and enforcing policies and procedures
- create exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality, assessing guest satisfaction trends, addressing concerns, and improving guest interactions
- inspire and develop the team by supervising, coaching, mentoring, conducting performance evaluations, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements
- collaborate with sales, marketing, and PR teams to create effective marketing campaigns, manage customer databases, and increase brand visibility and guest loyalty
- optimize technology and systems such as OpenTable to improve operational efficiency, streamline reservations, and enhance the guest experience
- drive revenue growth through up-selling techniques, menu development, cross-selling hotel-wide services, and innovative strategies both online and offline
