Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino management, including senior-level or property-wide responsibility
- Demonstrated success managing complex operations with full P&L accountability
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and capital planning
- Deep understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and operational best practices
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop future leaders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide direction in the operation of gaming, racing, and non-gaming departments
- Establish and administer procedures pertaining to profitability of operating areas, safety, employee relations, guest relations, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and security of company funds and assets
- Direct, guide, counsel and instruct the day-to-day operations through assigned department leaders
- Develop and maintain employee culture, professional development, morale, and engagement
- Stay aware of competitive operations and recommend appropriate action in accordance with a sound marketing plan
- Monitor financial performance of all areas against planned performance, taking action to improve performance where necessary
- Maintain updated knowledge of gaming laws and regulations applicable to areas of responsibility
- Ensure that all assigned departments are staffed with team members who have the skills and aptitude to meet our standard of excellence
