Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as needed
  • Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, listen, and use vision effectively
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical tasks like climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Ability to work in a moderate noise environment
  • Must pass background checks as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and employees
  • Assigns, oversees, and evaluates work for compliance
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • Provides on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • Delegates and manages ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of food and supplies
  • Assists in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
  • Forecasts food items for shifts
  • Supervises food preparation and service operations
  • Assists team during rush periods and with customer service
  • Ensures world-class customer service
  • Completes daily food preparations
  • Executes systems and procedures with integrity
  • Completes paperwork accurately
  • Controls inventory using weekly systems
  • Conducts weekly manager meetings
  • Audits systems and end of shift paperwork
  • Performs preventative maintenance
  • Responsible for cash drawers and deposits
  • Performs other related duties
