Managing the community’s financial health through proficiency in profit and loss statements is crucial, as well as driving revenue optimization, labor management, and expense control. Leading departments such as Concierge & Lifestyle, Culinary & Bar, Maintenance, and Housekeeping, this position sets a cultural tone that permeates every aspect of the resident experience.

Serenova at Woodforest values its employees deeply, offering competitive compensation in the range of $100,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience, complemented by an extensive benefits package.
