Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare sector experience
- Leadership experience in Environmental Services
- Client-facing role experience of at least 2 years
- Preferred experience in laundry and linen distribution
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and implement contract terms
- Industry experience in service or hospitality sectors
- Proven ability to lead through other managers
- Experience managing budgets and financial controls
- Experience with operational program implementation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Healthcare experience required
- Experience leading Environmental Services department
- Over 2 years experience in a client-facing role
- Experience with laundry and linen distribution services preferred
- Strong client and customer service focus
- Effective communication skills with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Knowledge of contract requirements and ability to identify operational opportunities
- Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- Proven leadership through managers
- Budget management and financial analysis experience
- Experience implementing product sales strategies and operational initiatives
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services and manage hands-on execution of operations
- Manage client and community relationships at the location, continually assess operations, and develop plans to improve service and satisfaction
- Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Recommend methods, resources, and implementations for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements to optimize financial performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and maintain all required records and reports
- Enforce Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy consistently
