Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of functional experience
  • Culinary background preferably with cafeteria or restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership and hospitality skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks
  • Hands-on approach to food production and quality control

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of functional experience preferably in culinary or food service operations
  • Culinary background with experience in cafeteria or restaurant dining
  • Strong hospitality, leadership, and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Menu planning and food management including ordering, preparation, inventory, and storage
  • Cost control including food and labor costs
  • Team management of 10 employees with oversight on payroll and compliance with safety standards like HACCP
  • Client engagement and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee catering operations alongside café management
  • Monitor and enforce food quality and safety standards
  • Manage daily operational tasks with a hands-on approach
