We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and oversee the full operations of all Dough Zone restaurants in California. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $85,000 per year. New hires will begin their journey as Manager in Training, where they will receive comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training to master the managerial aspects of the business. Throughout the training period and beyond, the Restaurant General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing guest experiences, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met at every location.

This role demands a dynamic leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality and guest satisfaction. As Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations with a hands-on approach, managing staff scheduling, recruitment, and ongoing development, and proactively resolving any issues pertaining to food quality or service. You will work closely with district managers to align financial targets, implement cost-saving strategies, and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Job Requirements
