Job Requirements

- 3+ years of bar, restaurant, or nightlife management experience
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication ability
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of bar, restaurant, or nightlife management experience
- experience in high-volume environments preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- knowledge of inventory, labor management, and P&L
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- must be able to work nights and weekends
- cocktail-focused bar or lounge experience preferred
- event-driven or concept-based hospitality experience preferred
- experience with POS systems (Toast) and scheduling software (Sling) preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all daily bar operations (FOH & BOH)
- ensure fast, friendly, and consistent service
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall vibe of the space
- handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- hire, train, and manage bartenders, servers, and support staff
- create staff schedules based on business needs
- lead shifts and maintain strong floor presence
- build a positive, accountable team culture
- manage labor costs, inventory, and daily sales reporting
- monitor KPIs and drive profitability
- support revenue growth through events and promotions
- maintain cocktail quality and consistency
- ensure staff follows recipes and service standards
- assist with seasonal menus and themed experiences
- oversee private events and high-volume service nights
- coordinate with ownership on promotions and special events
- ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor laws
- manage vendor relationships and ordering
