This position demands a professional with a strong sales background and exceptional networking abilities. Proven experience in driving Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) is essential, as is the capacity to hire, mentor, and inspire a winning management team. Prior experience managing select-service hotels is required, with previous General Manager experience and familiarity with Marriott operations preferred. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum five years of management experience in hotel operations
- proven track record in financial management
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license
- knowledge of hotel management software and systems
