This 144-room hotel embodies modern design and European sophistication, offering an upscale and stylish experience on the island. The General Manager role is pivotal to the hotel's success, requiring a dynamic individual skilled in leadership, operations, and hospitality management. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a passionate and service-driven team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest experiences and achieving superior financial results.

This position demands a professional with a strong sales background and exceptional networking abilities. Proven experience in driving Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) is essential, as is the capacity to hire, mentor, and inspire a winning management team. Prior experience managing select-service hotels is required, with previous General Manager experience and familiarity with Marriott operations preferred. The role also entails acting as a key liaison between the hotel brand, ownership, and Concord Hospitality, facilitating operational excellence through brand training, adherence to budgetary guidelines, and meticulous supply management.
