Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of food cost and labor management
  • ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4am
  • capacity to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
  • commitment to fostering a positive work environment
  • ability to handle customer service and operational responsibilities with a hands-on approach

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • hands-on leadership and team management skills
  • ability to analyze and manage food cost and labor budgets
  • experience in recruiting and talent development
  • strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to participate in early morning shifts and work within specified store hours

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
