Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the restaurant industry
- knowledge of food cost and labor management
- ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4am
- capacity to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
- commitment to fostering a positive work environment
- ability to handle customer service and operational responsibilities with a hands-on approach
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on leadership and team management skills
- ability to analyze and manage food cost and labor budgets
- experience in recruiting and talent development
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in early morning shifts and work within specified store hours
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders accurately and efficiently
- maintain store audit readiness and compliance
- handle scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- manage food cost and labor budgets to meet financial targets
- recruit, hire, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
