The On Deck General Manager is responsible for supporting and eventually transitioning into a permanent General Manager position. This role offers relocation flexibility for opportunities in St. Augustine and Lakeland, while the Gainesville position is local. The estimated initial total compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, combining base salary and bonuses, with further increases expected upon assuming a permanent general manager role.
