The role available is that of a Restaurant Manager for Wendy's locations under the JAE Restaurant Group umbrella. This position plays a crucial role in managing daily operations and staff, ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for achieving the restaurant’s objectives in areas such as service delivery, operational excellence, and employee development while maintaining strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as ethical business standards. Leadership is a primary focus, with responsibilities including directing, mentoring, and training subordinate managers and crew members. The Restaurant Manager fosters a positive work environment, known as the "People Excellence" atmosphere, prioritizing employee satisfaction and professional growth. Given the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry, the position requires flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.
