Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
- able to work a standard 47.5 to 50-hour work week
- able to work flexible hours as scheduled
- basic knowledge of computers
- strong financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
