Job Duties
- Manage overall store operations
- motivate and mentor all employees to deliver customer service excellence
- manage profit and loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs along with other operating costs
- ensure orders are made according to recipe and procedure
- maintain excellent drink/food consistency and quality
- promote the Beyond Juice brand and pay attention to details
- maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- oversee the sanitation of workstations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, blenders, other equipment, and utensils
- ensure team members comply with food safety and health codes, and cash handling procedures
- keep inventory organized and all equipment in clean/good working condition
- understand and strictly enforce store policy while creating a positive and productive working environment
- recognize employees for outstanding work performance while providing necessary constructive feedback
- constantly train, coach, counsel and discipline employees
- make schedules for all shifts, approve and keep track of any changes to shifts
- ensure retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
- cash handling and depositing
- make sure the actual cash amount is consistent with the POS system
- provide feedback and suggestions to the company, drive and manage workplace change
