As a General Manager at Flynn Wendy's, you will step into a leadership role where quality and service excellence are paramount. In return for your leadership and dedication, Flynn Wendy's offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary ranging from $44,472 to $65,000 annually, plus profit sharing. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three years of general manager experience in a quick service restaurant with a drive-thru
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation
  • strong background in restaurant operations including food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • passion for leading and developing teams
  • proven ability to achieve operational benchmarks
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
