Job Requirements
- Three or more years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Solid knowledge of hotel management and guest relations
- Ability to lead effective teams in a high volume environment
- Experience mentoring staff to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to develop operational processes for maximum efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong skills in sales techniques and financial analysis
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of related experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Solid knowledge of hotel management and guest service standards
- Ability to lead and mentor effective work teams in a high volume environment
- Experience in developing and maintaining operational control processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Expertise in budget preparation and profit and loss analysis
Job Duties
