Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant management experience
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work varied shift schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Compliance with food safety regulations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for people development
- Creativity in marketing and driving sales through fundraisers and community engagement
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Be guest obsessed by upholding top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
- Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle's training tools
- Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
- Oversee day-to-day operational business including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Maintain a clean and guest-ready dining room
- Enforce food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Achieve annual sales and cash flow plans
- Work flexible schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
