The General Manager role at Sandpiper Hospitality represents a dynamic and high-impact leadership opportunity. This position entails full operational oversight of an extended stay hotel, where the successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous business results while maintaining the overall quality and guest experience. As the property’s strategic mastermind and on-site leader, the General Manager’s core mission is to ensure that every aspect of the property operates efficiently and meets the company’s rigorous standards. This involves managing all facets from maintenance and guest services to financial performance and corporate compliance. The role demands a strategic thinker who can develop and implement forward-thinking business strategies that align with corporate objectives and maximize revenue and occupancy.

Beyond operations, the General Manager is expected to lead and develop the hotel’s team, playing a critical role in supervision, coaching, and motivation to foster a positive work environment. Team leadership duties include creating accurate schedules, administering performance reviews, and taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
