The individual will be responsible for leading a team, managing schedules, and creating a positive and motivating work environment, while also being the primary point of contact for customer service issues and overall customer satisfaction. Moreover, the role includes responsibilities such as coordinating team meetings, overseeing inventory and reports, and adhering strictly to company policies and health and safety standards.
