Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Leadership abilities demonstrated as evaluated by current General Manager Area Director and Vice President
  • Business acumen for successful high-volume business operation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience in restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service
  • Breeds a culture guided by vision and mission for teamwork and integrity
  • Handles and resolves guest complaints promptly
  • Prioritizes 100 percent table visitation for guest contact
  • Enforces alcohol awareness and builds local authority relationships
  • Maintains adequate inventory levels
  • Ensures product preparation meets company standards
  • Participates in community to increase sales and brand awareness
  • Implements incentive contests and educates on promotions
  • Oversees and schedules associates to meet sales demands
  • Maintains safety and security programs
  • Promotes cleanliness and sanitation
  • Institutes preventative maintenance and corrects repairs
  • Advises Area Director of non-routine situations
  • Communicates daily with management team
  • Complies with labor laws regarding breaks and work hours
  • Completes other assigned duties
  • Manages associate performance including recruitment and training
  • Maintains trained staff with ongoing evaluations
  • Provides feedback and coaching for development
  • Ensures correct staffing and conducts exit interviews
  • Conducts management meetings and enforces policies
  • Performs administrative tasks including accounting and compliance
  • Controls company assets and manages budgets
  • Oversees service contracts and maintenance
  • Monitors cash handling and controls expenses
  • Analyzes systems for improvement
  • Inspires teamwork and builds culture
  • Completes assignments on schedule
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and professionalism
  • Acts as subject matter expert on store technology.
