The General Manager role at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers offers a unique opportunity to lead the daily operations of a high-performing dental center. This full-time leadership position is pivotal in ensuring the center delivers clinical and business excellence while maintaining exceptional patient experiences. Working Monday through Friday without weekend obligations, the General Manager oversees a multidisciplinary team of doctors, clinicians, and support staff, fostering an inclusive and accountable environment. This role demands strategic oversight of business operations, including financial management, patient workflow, and regulatory compliance. The General Manager partners closely with clinical leaders to guarantee that high-quality dental care and exceptional service remain at the forefront. Offering a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 with annual bonus potential that can bring total compensation to $130,000 to $150,000 or more, the role rewards exemplary performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&
  • L ownership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 8-25 people
  • Strong understanding of business operations including KPI fluency and strategic planning
  • Ability to operate in a dual clinical and business performance role
  • Experience with consultative sales process preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or healthcare management degree preferred
  • 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&
  • L ownership
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative service-driven environment
  • Direct management of 8-25 person multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong business acumen including KPI fluency P&
  • L ownership forecasting and strategic planning
  • Comfort operating in a dual-function environment clinical delivery plus business performance
  • Experience managing or participating in a high-ticket consultative sales process preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations of the dental center ensuring clinical and business excellence
  • Oversee patient experience and workflow from consultation through treatment
  • Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of doctors clinicians and staff
  • Implement and drive business strategies to meet performance and financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
  • Partner with the doctor to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery
  • Manage center financials including budgets forecasts and P&
  • L oversight
  • Champion a positive inclusive and accountable team culture
  • Support ongoing staff training and development to drive success
