Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Ensures flawless execution of every detail by team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Provides direction, coaching, training and development for team members including food quality and service standards
  • Ensures adherence to food, beverage and service standards, policies and procedures
  • Partners with GM to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
  • Manages inventory and cost controls consistently
  • Creates and implements plans for improved financial performance
  • Executes and follows up on new company initiatives
  • Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
