Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • proficiency in using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation
  • ability to maintain a balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics and financial goals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • certification or willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team members
  • oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales and operational goals
