Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- proficiency in using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- eligible to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
- ability to maintain a balance between employee and guest experience, operational metrics and financial goals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- commitment to customer service excellence
- knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- certification or willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team members
- oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales and operational goals
