The General Manager role at ThriftBooks presents an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume, multi-shift distribution center integral to the company’s supply chain operations. This Director-level position is designed for a seasoned, data-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments that embrace technology and continuous change. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to oversee all facets of distribution operations, ensuring that the facility meets or exceeds standards in throughput, efficiency, quality, and safety. One of the key challenges and rewards of this role is managing site-level financial performance, including budget planning, forecasting, and full profit and loss accountability.
