Job Requirements

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • 1 plus years experience leading motivating or developing others or US military service
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production guest service and direct crew and manager work
  • Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
  • Train coach and motivate team members
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
