Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1 plus years experience leading motivating or developing others or US military service
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production guest service and direct crew and manager work
- Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management

- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
