Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and staff
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to hire, train, and develop employees
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience managing high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop actionable plans
  • Excellent coaching and communication abilities
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create action plans
  • Lead Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and directing improvements
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
  • Monitor progress of departments and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction
