Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
- Ability to manage multiple departments and staff
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to hire, train, and develop employees
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience managing high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail considered
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and develop actionable plans
- Excellent coaching and communication abilities
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create action plans
- Lead Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and directing improvements
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
- Monitor progress of departments and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction
