Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or similar fast-food environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of and compliance with Federal, State and local laws
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and profit goals
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing large teams of 20-50 employees
- Ability to develop and train staff effectively
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and sales strategies
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding company standards and compliance
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow Federal, State and local laws
- Serve as a hands on coach and effectively train others
