The role available is that of a General Manager, a leadership position pivotal to the success of the restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the restaurant, ensuring that it meets McDonald’s high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This involves setting and achieving operational goals while managing a team, particularly Department Managers who oversee specific sections of the restaurant.

As a General Manager, this position requires strong leadership skills to coach, direct, and motivate team members to meet goals and continuously improve their departments. The General Manager also plays a crucial part in recruitment and development of managerial staff such as Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the restaurant is equipped with an effective leadership team to sustain and grow the business.
