This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald’s restaurant. Unlike McDonald’s USA, which licenses its logos and food products to franchisees, this franchise is a separate company and employer. This means the franchisee handles all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision, independently of McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous management experience in quick service restaurants or related industries
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Background in hospitality or retail preferred
- Ability to set goals, coach teams, and improve departmental performance
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proven record of managing teams and achieving business objectives
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting operational goals
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and development of Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and resolve any issues promptly
- Foster a positive and energetic team environment focused on customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and control expenses to maximize profitability
