Job Requirements
- be 18 years or older
- have previous management experience in restaurant or similar sectors
- possess strong leadership and organizational skills
- demonstrate ability to meet performance goals
- commit to upholding McDonald’s customer service standards
- be able to work flexible hours
- legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- effective communication and problem-solving skills
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and support Department Managers by providing coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor and improve departmental performance
- maintain a customer-focused environment
- manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
