This franchise operates distinctly from McDonald’s USA, functioning as a separate company responsible solely for its employment decisions, staffing, and day-to-day management. Job Requirements

  • be 18 years or older
  • have previous management experience in restaurant or similar sectors
  • possess strong leadership and organizational skills
  • demonstrate ability to meet performance goals
  • commit to upholding McDonald’s customer service standards
  • be able to work flexible hours
  • legally authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and support Department Managers by providing coaching and direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor and improve departmental performance
  • maintain a customer-focused environment
  • manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
