This franchise operates distinctly from McDonald’s USA, functioning as a separate company responsible solely for its employment decisions, staffing, and day-to-day management. As such, when you accept a role with this franchise, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The General Manager role is pivotal in this organization. Job Requirements
- be 18 years or older
- have previous management experience in restaurant or similar sectors
- possess strong leadership and organizational skills
- demonstrate ability to meet performance goals
- commit to upholding McDonald’s customer service standards
- be able to work flexible hours
- legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to develop and execute strategic plans
