The General Manager role is pivotal in this organization. You will be entrusted with running a profitable restaurant while adhering to the strict McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Leading a team of Department Managers, you will mentor and support them to reach their individual objectives, ensuring that every department operates efficiently and contributes to the restaurant’s overall success. As a General Manager, you will also play a crucial role in hiring, training, and developing future managers, preparing the restaurant for long-term growth and success.

Ideal candidates are those with prior experience managing high-volume quick service restaurants or similar environments such as hospitality or retail. This experience is essential to navigate the complexities of this role effectively. Candidates must be 18 years or older, ready to take on the responsibilities that come with managing a busy restaurant.
