Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of relevant food, beverage, and/or service experience
  • Food Sanitation Certification preferred
  • Completion of a leadership development program preferred
  • Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stamina to work 60 hours per week and regularly use stairs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant food, beverage, and/or service experience
  • Food Sanitation Certification preferred
  • Completion of leadership development program preferred
  • Sommelier certification is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire others
  • Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant
  • Physical stamina to work 60 hours per week and frequently use stairs
