Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant food, beverage, and/or service experience
- Food Sanitation Certification preferred
- Completion of a leadership development program preferred
- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to work 60 hours per week and regularly use stairs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant food, beverage, and/or service experience
- Food Sanitation Certification preferred
- Completion of leadership development program preferred
- Sommelier certification is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
