Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior management experience in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience with high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail
- leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve business goals
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching
- set goals and follow up on progress with Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee restaurant staffing and scheduling
