The General Manager will also support strategic initiatives such as new restaurant openings and operational projects, collaborating cross-functionally with culinary, operations, and people teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Working at this establishment offers extensive benefits, including a competitive base salary, annual bonus opportunities, 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, employee dining, and various company perks.
