The role being offered is that of a General Manager, a critical leadership position within the restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring that it consistently meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Experience in the quick service restaurant industry is highly desirable, but backgrounds in hospitality or retail may also be considered. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager.
