Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous General Manager experience
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • ability to manage restaurant operations effectively
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • flexible availability to accommodate restaurant hours
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • hospitality or retail experience considered
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by helping set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
  • monitor department performance to improve overall restaurant success
  • manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
