Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous General Manager experience
- ability to lead and develop teams
- ability to manage restaurant operations effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- flexible availability to accommodate restaurant hours
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- hospitality or retail experience considered
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by helping set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
- monitor department performance to improve overall restaurant success
- manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
