Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Prior general manager or assistant general manager experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and financial reporting
- Knowledge of brand standards and operational excellence
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in select service hotel operations
- Strong sales and networking skills with a track record of driving financial results
- Excellent leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring, and team motivation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Prior GM experience preferred
