Managers at Bombones are responsible for fostering a positive work culture by coaching and training staff, implementing strategies to increase sales and profits, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves scheduling, inventory control, financial management, and promoting marketing campaigns, including social media and event coordination. Job Requirements
- At least 3 years management experience
- Eligible to work in the US
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (fluent reading and speaking both Spanish and English)
- Ability to adapt and lead change
- Energetic and positive
- Strong team building qualities
- Practice responsible alcohol service
- Ability to provide and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
- Self-driven, detail oriented, able to work independently and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
- Ability to read budget, conduct financial analysis - provide practical narrative and financial reporting
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- TABC and Food Manager Certified
- Familiarity with Toast POS
