  • Communicate business objectives and performance to the team
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and maintain performance notes
  • Lead specialty business managers and engage related teams
  • Support shrink and safety initiatives
  • Consistently meet performance standards including sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance
