Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

Communicate business objectives and performance to the team
Provide in-the-moment coaching and maintain performance notes
Lead specialty business managers and engage related teams
Support shrink and safety initiatives
Consistently meet performance standards including sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance
