Job Requirements
- Education level high school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of management experience in a high volume restaurant
- experience in food and beverage industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to handle confidential information
- ability to work in fast paced and noisy environment
- physical ability to operate restaurant equipment and perform maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience leading a restaurant and management team in a high volume, full service restaurant
- two or more years experience in food and beverage, upscale concept preferred
- passion for guest service and culinary knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Ensuring a culture of positivity and accountability
- executing operational excellence in food service and guest experience
- driving, leading, and overseeing all restaurant and bar operations to positively impact P&L
- building and maintaining a professional restaurant image
- hiring, training, and developing employees
- monitoring critical quality control points for menu items
- handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly
