We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our Kirkland location. This role offers an exciting leadership opportunity within a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting, where operational excellence and guest satisfaction are paramount. As General Manager, you will take the helm in driving all restaurant and bar operations, overseeing the P&L, and fostering a culture of positivity and accountability among the staff. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and developing team members, ensuring quality control over menu items, and maintaining a professional and welcoming restaurant image. This position demands a leader who can seamlessly manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Total compensation for the General Manager position is determined based on experience and includes a 10% bonus potential, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses as well. Job Requirements
- Education level high school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of management experience in a high volume restaurant
- experience in food and beverage industry
- strong leadership and communication skills

- physical ability to operate restaurant equipment and perform maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience leading a restaurant and management team in a high volume, full service restaurant
- two or more years experience in food and beverage, upscale concept preferred
- passion for guest service and culinary knowledge preferred
