Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with breaks

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities and staff
  • Attention to detail in food quality and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Manage all daily restaurant operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high food quality standards
  • Lead and develop a motivated team fostering a positive work environment
  • Drive sales growth and achieve financial goals including controlling costs and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
