Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience
  • general manager food and nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
  • experience managing in an union environment
  • outstanding client relationship skills
  • strong financial acumen
  • proficiency in Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
  • skilled in computer and report management
