Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience in food service
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and client relations skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively both horizontally and vertically within an organization
  • Strong focus on positive client relations and quality service
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong customer service focus
  • Experience in technical delivery aspects of catering

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in food service operations
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate food service or catering
  • Strong financial acumen including budget preparation and management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Experience in food and beverage service with knowledge of executive dining and catering

Job Duties

  • Oversight and continued innovation of the café, catering and food delivery
  • Tracking and maintaining Sodexo systems, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction
  • Innovation of the retail offerings, marketing plans and catering sustainable practices
  • Develop and maintain high level client and customer relationships
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor and develop the food service team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
