Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in food service
- Exceptional leadership, communication and client relations skills
- Ability to work collaboratively both horizontally and vertically within an organization
- Strong focus on positive client relations and quality service
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- Service-oriented mindset with strong customer service focus
- Experience in technical delivery aspects of catering
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in food service operations
- Demonstrated experience in corporate food service or catering
- Strong financial acumen including budget preparation and management
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
- Experience in food and beverage service with knowledge of executive dining and catering
Job Duties
- Oversight and continued innovation of the café, catering and food delivery
- Tracking and maintaining Sodexo systems, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Innovation of the retail offerings, marketing plans and catering sustainable practices
- Develop and maintain high level client and customer relationships
- Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor and develop the food service team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
