The General Manager 4 - Food role at MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, MD, represents a key leadership opportunity within Sodexo’s healthcare food service division. MedStar Harbor Hospital is a private nonprofit institution with 150 beds, providing acute care and serving as a teaching hospital located in South Baltimore’s Cherry Hill neighborhood. This role involves overseeing an extensive range of food services within the hospital, including retail, patient, and catering operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational excellence while delivering high-quality food services that meet Sodexo’s standards and the client’s expectations.

In this position, the General Manager will lead strategic planning efforts, maintain regulatory compliance including HACCP standards, and foster strong client and customer relationships at the highest management levels.
