- Proven experience leading catering-heavy operations
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Financial management experience
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively

Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for day-to-day foodservice and catering operations
- Build and maintain a strong, trusted client relationship at a high-profile site
- Own full financial/budget management, ensuring financial targets are met
- Lead, coach, and develop a management team of 3 salaried leaders
- Oversee and engage a team of 8 hourly employees, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture
- Drive exceptional catering execution, from daily meetings to high-impact special events
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and quality expectations
