We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our restaurant operations by mentoring staff, maintaining excellent service standards, and ensuring a fun, yet professional work atmosphere. This is a full-time position offering a base salary of $900 per week, with the possibility of an increased base salary for candidates with proven successful restaurant management experience. In addition to the competitive salary, the role includes benefits such as medical and dental coverage, paid vacation (subject to eligibility), and a monthly bonus based on sales, service, profitability, and standards compliance. This comprehensive compensation package reflects our commitment to supporting our managers professionally and personally.

The General Manager is responsible for recruitment, training, and management of store employees, ensuring operational standards and health and safety regulations are consistently exceeded. The role also involves inventory control, managing food costs, controlling labor expenses, and meeting or surpassing performance goals. Strong customer service and service recovery skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain a motivating and engaging workplace environment. Candidates can expect to handle administrative duties, including the timely completion of necessary paperwork, and will play an essential role in shaping the future leaders of the company.
