This position is for a General Manager 3 - Food role at a Dining Facility that supports a resident dining program located in San Jose, CA. The facility caters to approximately 200 students per meal, providing high-quality food service with an emphasis on efficiency, safety, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a background in resident dining program management and hands-on production experience, ensuring that both operational and culinary standards are consistently met. As General Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring Sodexo’s standards are upheld, and developing strategic plans to drive the success of the dining program while meeting company and client financial targets.
