This position is for a General Manager 3 - Food role at a Dining Facility that supports a resident dining program located in San Jose, CA. The facility caters to approximately 200 students per meal, providing high-quality food service with an emphasis on efficiency, safety, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a background in resident dining program management and hands-on production experience, ensuring that both operational and culinary standards are consistently met. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and a dedication to creating a positive environment for both staff and customers.

As General Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring Sodexo’s standards are upheld, and developing strategic plans to drive the success of the dining program while meeting company and client financial targets. You will build and maintain strong client and customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food offerings. This position requires multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment alongside managing a team that is passionate about delivering the best dining experience possible.
