- Minimum 3 years functional experience in foodservice operations
- Proven leadership skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in foodservice operations
- Proven experience leading high-volume or multi-unit foodservice operations
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Leadership skills that inspire develop and engage teams
- Deep knowledge of food safety sanitation standards and regulatory compliance
- Commitment to service excellence innovation and exceptional guest experience
Job Duties
- Lead all on-site foodservice operations ensuring high-quality service and strong client satisfaction
- Manage and develop a team of managers and frontline staff to drive performance and engagement
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting forecasting labor planning and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards food safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Drive culinary excellence menu innovation and a positive guest experience across all service areas
- Build strong client partnerships and lead planning for special events and key initiatives
