- minimum management experience of 3 years
- minimum functional experience of 3 years in food service or culinary management

Job Duties
- have oversight of day-to-day operations
- direct daily operations of food quality and customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources
- manage cash handling protocols and control procedures according to Sodexo policies
- mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
